At Tre Fratelli, we bring the authentic taste of Naples and Southern Italy to Christchurch. Traditional Pizza Fritta and Panzerotti handmade to order using only the finest local and imported ingredients.

OUR MENU
This menu pays homage to the real tastes of Italy.
Not only are our fillings and toppings truly authentic, our dough is made the traditional Neapolitan way with just OO Caputo flour, water, salt and yeast. We let it prove for up to 48 hours and then divide and weigh the portions into 120g balls ready to be lovingly hand stretched and fried.
Because we only make to order, you can be assured of the freshest pizza every time.
