Not only are our fillings and toppings truly authentic, our dough is made the traditional Neapolitan way with just OO Caputo flour, water, salt and yeast. We let it prove for up to 48 hours and then divide and weigh the portions into 120g balls ready to be lovingly hand stretched and fried.
